Font just swaps to another one

Hey there,

ALSO. It happens quite often, that when outlining or ungrouping parts. Illustrator needs 5-10 seconds to do the job while mz mouse coursers travels weirdly. I have an m2 Max and tried re installing the whole system multiple times.
