Font not showing up

I activated a new font through Adobe and I can't get it to show up in Illustrator. I even closed Illustrator and re-opened and it is still not showing up. Am I missing something?

But I did click on All Classes under filter.

You've got an older version. You might want to post this question on the Adobe Fonts forum. Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit)

do the fonts show up in other applications ?

make sure non of the filters is turned on, or set the filter to Activated Fonts as shown in the screen capture below

    Try signing out from creative cloud and reactivate the font again

    Hi Mohammad. Thank you for your speedy reply. I tried your recommendation and it is still not working. I have probably 8 fonts "activated" in my Adobe account, and none of them are showing up. Is there something I have to do besides Activate them?
