font not showing up on illustrator (outline mode too..)

I can't choose or see the written font. But I could confirm that the text exists through the thumbnail.

Even in the layers tab, the text information is still visible.

It's really strange..

Even when I try to view it in outline mode, the text is not visible

I think this is an Illustrator error... Is there any way to fix it?
