Fonte no Illustrator

Question

Um cliente me mandou uma embalagem para redimensionar o tamanho dela e me mandou a fonte que ele usa na embalagem. Embora tenha instalado a fonte, o AI não está reconhecendo a fonte e fica dando Replace quando abro o arquivo. Quando entro no AI a fonte instalada está lá e até da para colocar ela, mas tenho que fazer manualmente, porém, ainda, sim, ela parece diferente da original que ele me mandou. Como fazer?

OBS: As fontes que ele enviou "Nexa Bold" e "Nexa Ligth"

Have you tried rebooting your computer? Sometimes a reboot can fix issues with installed fonts. If the issue persists, did the customer create his artwork on a different computing platform? For example, is he using an Apple computer running OSX and are you using a Windows PC? A jump between computing platforms can sometimes cause issues with fonts.

Are you using any other graphics applications while Adobe Illustrator is also running? I have seen strange issues with fonts disappearing from Illustrator's fonts menu when some rival applications (such as CorelDRAW) were running in the background. I could close both applications, then re-launch Illustrator and all my fonts would be restored. That issue seems to be fixed in Windows 11, but it is still a problem in Windows 10.
