Ho lo stesso problema. È riuscita poi a risolvere? Aiuto :'(

Hello @MIT GROUP29864265xbqg,

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, and a screen recording of your workflow and the problem (https://adobe.ly/47cRZ21), so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hi @Valentina31265009hf0j,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the keyboard arrows in Illustrator. Please try Monika's suggestion first. If that doesn't help, then you can try a few more troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the problem:

  • Reset Illustrator Preferences

  • Ensure that your system accessibility settings are not causing conflicts. Check if the keyboard navigation is enabled in your system settings.

  • Boot your computer in safe mode (MacWindows and check if the issue persists. This will help determine if a third-party application or driver is causing the problem.

If the problem continues after trying these steps, please let us know for more in-depth assistance.

Best,

Anshul Saini

Did you check the keyboard increments settings in Preferences > General?

And if they are not set to a very small value then please tell us what exactly does "not working" mean?
