Freeze when I scroll on GPU mode

When I scroll while having Illustrator set to GPU mode, my program freezes for a few seconds, and I can hear my computer's fans spin up faster. The program works fine when I switch to CPU with Ctrl + E. This is on every project.

My PC:

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti

Intel i5 13600K

32GB DDR5 Ram

Z790 UD AC Motherboard

Is the driver for your computer's graphics board up to date? The latest NVidia Studio Driver (572.83) was released on March 18.

Hello @Gina R5E28,

I hope the suggestions Bobby shared helped resolve the problem. If not, try performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4jdWUEK) and share your observations.

Looking forward to hearing form you.
