Frequent Issue with Illustrator Menu Bar – Requires Preference Reset Every Time

Hello,

I’m facing an issue with Adobe Illustrator  the menu bar options stop working frequently, and I have to reset the Illustrator preference settings every time I launch the program. Please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm the version of the OS/Illustrator installed, and if you started encountering this problem after a recent update or a plugin/program install, so we can better assist you?

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.
