Further scale down the UI

I work with many plugins and this they are covering too much UI.

Is it possible to scale down the UI even further from the minimum?

Hello there! I don't think you can scale down the UI even further, I'm afraid. However, you can request such a feature in https://illustrator.uservoice.com/. If enough people think this is needed, it can be implemented in Illustrator! Several features we have today came from there 🙂 Sorry I can't be of more help!
