Fuzzy Images

Since I have updated to the new Illustrator 28, any previous file I have that has images or PNG's in it are fuzzy. My co-workers will open the same files on older versions of AI and do not have this issue. 

 

Is anyone else seeing this, or know of a way to fix it? We share a lot of artboards from team member to team member to build on projects and it is keeping me from building on previous saved artwork.

Can you show what you mean by fuzzy? If you place the same image, one as png and one as jpeg, side by side, what is the difference?

Also, I meang JPGS and PNG's to be more clear.
