getting 2 error can't open file and error reference 102, with Illustrator and Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud does not launch and even if on the rare occasions it launches it cannot see or load the cloud files, which I have on other devices I have to open a tab in my browser and download files manually.

 

2. With the Illustrator, it open and runs fine, it can see all my cloud files but it says I cannot access the files as the login was different, and I have a single login and account of adobe.

 

Please help me fix these issues.

Hello @BlackHawk37,

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Could you please try logging out of Illustrator and then signing back in using the social sign-in options like Google/Facebook/etc. to check if it helps?
