Give Illustrator the option to put all layers that are in an artboard in it's own Group or Artboard

I find it tedious to constantly rearrange layers to be a part of the same artwork or Artboard. So I don't jumble it along with the others., when I marquee select and move elements around, etc. So let's hope the devs make this a priority and implement this ASAP.
