glitches while working with Illustrator

hi everyone!

i'm having troubles with illustrator ..this is what happens while I'm working. When I save the final work it looks fine, but the process is killing me..Has anyone experienced the same glitches? have no idea why this is happening but it drives me insane...( HELP..
