Glyphs - can't change fonts in Glyph menu since I updated 2-12-2020

2-12-2020 - I've always used the Glyphs panel window to be able to search for the correct Font Awesome symbol using the Font Awsome Font. So I've been able to put my cursor on the page (leave it blank with no text), and then go to the Glyphs menu, click on the arrow to select the font at the bottom of the Glyph panel window - choose the Font Awesome font, and then see all the Font Awesome symbols and then double click on onte of them to put that symbol on my page (just like you would with any other font). Now since I upgraded... I can no longer even change the font at all. So for example, I'm just typing in Myriad Pro, and I open up the Glyphs panel, and go the the bottom where it shows what font you're currently in, and I go to click on the down arrow to "select" to choose any font... and it doesn't even open at all. The select dropdown is BROKEN!!!

Hi Kathryn,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend trying to reset the preferences once. Please follow instructions on

https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences to do that.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

Let us know how it goes. Plese share version of OS and Illustrator as well.

Regards,

Ashutosh
