gpu 100% with 3d

Hello good afternoon! I have a ryzen 7 5700g with 32gb of ram, for some reason when I try to do things in 3d my gpu goes to 100% and the program closes, I already read the recommendations to use ai and it should work fine.

Also, try updating the GPU drivers for the Ryzen 7 5700G (https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-7-5000-g-series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd) and share your observations.

I already did everything and it is still the same when I use 3D, update Illustrator to the last version, I install the beta version, and it remains the same is closed alone ..
I have everything updated and I don't understand why, I am very sad because I need to make consas in 3D and I can't from Illustrator

What I can think of is that my Radeon Vega 8 of my Ryzen 7 5700g is not compatible or something
