GPU Display Impossible

Question

Hi, i got a new MacBook pro 14" with the M1 MAX 32 c gpu and 10 c cpu , my os version Mac os Monterey 12.6, my creative cloud and illustrator got the last udapte , i cant activa the GPU display its in grey... i would like to use it cause my gpu is a realy good one...

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Also, kindly try running Illustrator under the root user account and check if it helps.
