GPU features disabled when I drag and drop objects in artwork.

I am using the latest version of Adobe Illustrator CC 2023. When I drag and drop objects this automatically disable the GPU view and change to CPU view, obviously the CPU view haven't a good performance and the process of design is not easy.

My laptop is not modern but it has two video adapters, an Nvidia GTX 1050 4GB and the other chipset is an Intel 630.

Hello @Donh27866743ch1e,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Kevin helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly check if Illustrator only behaves this way with other files? If not, kindly share some sample files that you are having trouble with here or via DM so we can investigate this further.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Anubhav

It could be the two cards conflicting. Try following the steps outlined here:
