GPU INCOMPATIBLE

Holaa, estoy teniendo problemas con Ilustrator, los archivos se me cierran de la nada o el programa queda tildado y tengo que forzar la salida y volver a iniciar.

Creo que es un problema de GPU, ya que antes podia alternar entre CPU - GPU y ahora me figura como "No hay ninguna GPU compatible", además al entrar en Photoshop me aparece este cartel (adjunto foto).

SI saben de alguna posible solucion por favor se los agradezco, utilizo mi computadora (Mackbook pro 13-inch, Mid 2012) para trabajar todo el dia y esto me está generando muchisimos inconvenientes y retrasos. Muchas gracias!

Although there hasn't been the same level of issue with failed GPUs that the 2011 Mackbook Pros had, there HAS been reports of GPU failure in 2012 models. The max OS your system can officially support is Catalina; is that what you have?

El sistema operativo que estoy usando es el Ventura, me figura que hay una nueva actualización pero a mi computadora ya no le da la capacidad para poder actualizarla, pero ya lleva tiempo sin actualizarce y me venia funcionando bien, hasta hace unos dias que empezo con problemas en casi todos los programas.

Has this problem started happening after upgrading to different versions of Illustrator and Photoshop? Or possibly an OS upgrade? If that is the case it seems likely that the age of your computer is the problem.

Los programas se encuentran actualizados, pero no es reciente por lo que no creo que ese sea el problema. El sistema operativo si me figura con una version nueva, pero a mi computadora ya no le da para seguir actualizandola, de todas formas ya lleva tiempo asi y funcionaba bien, el problema surgio ahora de un dia para el otro

Which version of Mac OSX is your notebook running? Since the computer is 12 years old its hardware may no longer be properly supported. I have an old Dell XPS 15 notebook from 2011 that still works. Illustrator will not fully support the old GPU inside of that notebook. GPU-accelerated features like animated zoom stopped working with newer versions of Illustrator. Eventually I had to buy a new notebook computer.

Adjunto las especificaciones de la computadora, ojala pueda resolver de alguna otra forma y no sea la unica solucion cambiarla, pero me sorprende que si el problema es el hardware aparezca de un dia para el otro.
