GPU Performance Problem

Hi everyone.

I have a problem. Illustrator (28.4.1) won't allow me to enable GPU Performance option (it's greyed). But, with Photoshop and After Effects I have no problems with the GPU. I have a RTX 4070 and 32GB RAM, and all my drivers are up to date.

I hope you people can help me solve this annoying problem. Thanks. 😄

Your scfreenshot indicates you are using an Intel graphics (probably your CPU).

Are you using a laptop or a tower with a 4070 card?

In your pc settings, you probably need to switch main GPU.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4azFLkF) and checking if it helps?
