Is it possible to grab the drawing by the point and move it to new coordinates specified with numbers, for example move to X:261.5 px, Y:305.2 px?

You could set up guides that intersect at the wanted coordinates and drag the object(s) from a point to the guide intersection.

It moves the center. There are coordinates of the center, not the point I grab.

In the Properties panel, you can change the reference point. For example, say you made a rectangle somewhere in the middle of the artboard but wanted it in the upper left corner. By default, the reference point is in the center, so if you changed the X and Y to 0,0 it would place the center of the rectangle at 0,0. However, if you change the reference point to the upper left and then change the X and Y to 0,0, then the upper left corner of the rectangle will be in the upper left corner of the document.
