OK I have fixed it. In the video gradiet was possible with stroke. But in my work I converted the strokes into shape. Therefore gradient became possible.

You can apply gradients to line strokes. The first image you posted showed a gradient applied to the object's fill and a black color applied to the object's stroke. Just swap the object's fill and stroke by clicking the tiny double arrow icon by the fill/stroke icons on the tool bar. In the Gradient panel, under Stroke, click the "Apply Gradient Along Stroke" option.
