gradient on rotated text changes direction when converted to paths

Hi Adobe,

Im using ai 29.8 for Mac,

Noticed that rotated gradient on rotated text changes direction to default when converted to paths. Can you please have a look.

Currently, applying gradient fills to live text only works with custom appearance attributes (additional fill).

Therefore it seems that using the Expand Appearance command (see Object menu) to convert the live text to paths is more reliable than using the Create Outlines command in this case.

Thank you for workaround Kurt, but lets wait for Abhishek news as imo creating outline should keep gradient direction.
