Graphical glitches appearing when opening files in Illustrator

When I open some Illustrator files, this weird pixelation shows at the top of the designer, as you can see in the image. It changes when I move my mouse. I don't know if it's an issue with the file, but I've tried exiting out of Illustrator and reopening the file, but it still appears. It there a way to fix this?

Does it disappear when you switch to CPU Preview? Cmd or Ctrl E

That does seem strange. Would you mind confirming the version of the OS/Illustrator installed and a screen recording of your workflow and the problem so I can check it with the team?
