GRID In Front and Back in preferences

Hi! I normaly use the grid of Illustrator and in the preferences panel you can choose if you want it of front or on back of the objects and I'm continously having to go to Preferences/Guides and Grid so as to change it as sometimes is annoying having it on front and then doing the same process to change it to back... Is it possible to assing a shortcut for this? It would be great to have this option as a button in the Properties panel, for example near to the Shows Grid and Snap to Grid. Adobe, note down this idea!!! 😉 Thanx in advance!

While many of the forums have categories for Discussions, Ideas, and Bugs, the Illustrator team continues to use UserVoice for Ideas and Bugs. You'll need to post your idea to this website: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/ if you want the developers to see it.
