having an issue ever since Adobe Illustrator 2025—images frequently disappear at random when I close and reopen a file. Can anyone help me resolve this problem?

I am having the same problem with embedded images disappearing after saving, closing and opening files in Illustrator 2025. Appears to be random across various files. Anybody found a fix yet? I am also hoping for the latest update as suggested – will have to let you know if it helps.

I’ve already updated it, but the result is still the same—this issue is still occurring in some cases. So I’m still waiting for a response from the Adobe team on what I can do about this. This issue is really hindering my team’s ability to produce products that match the design.

This often happens randomly in all files, and more specifically, embedded images are missing.
