Having Issues with shape fill

Hi, still relativiely new AI user here;

I have no idea what I did, but essentially all the shapes and paths I've made are filling in orange despite having "No Fill" selected. My plan is to fill them in at some point anyways, and I could just fill white where needed but I'd like to know what exactly I did to make this happen??
