Bonjour à tous , j'ai un soucis avec mes créations vectorisées sur Illustrator qui sont pixélisées que ce soit à l'exportation ou sur le plans de travail. Comment faire pour qu'elles restent vectorisées ?

Hello @Alexandra35386541agqq,

Thanks for sharing the file. I downloaded and checked it and found that the graphic is a PNG. Would you mind relinking the graphic if you have the original vector file to see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Do you see images in your Links panel?

Did you apply Raster Effects?; check the Appearance panel.

What is the Document Raster Effects resolution setting?

This looks like you exported the design as a JPEG or PNG and placed that into another file.

Hello @Alexandra35386541agqq,

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing more details, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator and a public link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox/Google Drive/etc., so we can investigate this further?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav

Hi @Alexandra35386541agqq

Apologies for the inconvenience. The link you shared above leads to a recording of the issue. We would need the actual Illustrator file to investigate further and understand what's happening.

Please upload the file to a drive and share the download link. If the file contains confidential information, feel free to send the link via DM.

Thank you,

Srishti
