HELP FOR ENLARGING OBJECTS . BUG

Hello everyone. For two days now my illustrator has not enlarged objects with the simple command Shift+cursor but forces me to enlarge images only with the function object - transform - resize. How can I go back to the original function of dragging and enlarging with shift?
