Help, I lost all my colours

Hi,

I'm working on a racetrack to screenprint for our kindergarden, but my Illustrator glitched and it removed all my colours. 

It should look like this:

But when I open the program, it looks like:

If I click something, it says it got the right colour, but it doesn't show.

How do I get my colours back?
