HELP! images disappear

hi everyone,

i have a really critical problem right now.
i opened a AI file working last week, all images disappeared suddenly, even the embedded and cap screen one.

some of the images showing that they are "transparent CMYK":

but i have clearly not making anything in transparent with opacity 100%.

any idea? plz help!
