HELP: keep getting this message whenever I open illustrator, unsure if its a glitch or trying to act

So in the past and recently whenever I boot up illustrator either when it was downloaded or I uninstall it completely and then reinstall it onto my asus zenbook pro duo with a graphics card RTX 2060, I keep getting this and I have installed every latest Nvidia creative driver up to its latest release and yet I still keep getting this and have no idea what is the issue at hand, I even a few weeks a go did the whole adobe cleaner app to remove old app data of previous applications I couldn't uninstall (which worked) but this is still ongoing and have no idea why or what I need to do to make it stop so I can be sure illustrator will work to its fullest, I am attaching the message I keep getting in the app as well the install completion of the latest Nvidia driver to paint a picture of my situation.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to perform a clean reinstall of both the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA) and setting the graphics preference to High-Performance for Illustrator (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110) and checking if it helps?
