Question

Illustrator could partially read this file.
We recovered as much of the file as possible, but some content might be missing. Open to view the recovered file.
When I opened the working file, it was in a bad state, all data was lost. What should I do now. Is

You cannot do anything right now. Does the file have a reasonable size (not 0 KB)?

For the future:

Save your file

Save early. Save often. Regularly and not only after 6 hours working.

Make backups (those are files you save of different stages of the work). Save them in different locations. So when your work file goes down you do not lose everything.

You have to be prepared for a situation when the worst comes to the worst.
