Help: My shapes in Illustrator are Distored and I'm Not Sure Why

Lately, I have noticed that when I have been using the pen tool, this has been happening to my shapes.

It appears to have a stroke but as you can see, I do not have a stroke on it.

And then on some, it appears to have this weird geometric shape along the curves?

Can anyone explain what this is? I thought it was my GPU but everything seems okay on that front.
