HELP! Text import notification blocks me from opening my illustrator file.

This is what pops up when I try to open up my file. I understand that this is an issue that many other people face, but I have seen countless people sending their files to others, to see if it is a problem with just their illustrator. Could i send my file to someone, in hopes to fix it? My theory is that this error is a result of not saving the file correctly, however I couldn't retrieve it in DataRecovery.
