Help! The property panel of v29.3 is blank.

I just installed illustrator in v29.3, but found that regardless of whether I selected any type of object, the Properties panel in the new version doesn't show any controls, only the title of the corresponding control group.

Even if the text object is selected or nothing is selected, it is still empty.

I've tried resetting preferences, resetting workspaces, and even reinstalling the software, but nothing has worked.

But there is no problem with the 2024 version of Illustrator.
