Question

Help with a design being printed without colour changes

Hello,

I created this sometime ago and have previously had it printed onto jumpers etc without problems. However, this time when sending it to the printers they're coming out in dark blue. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you

You should lbe using CMYK when sending to print not RGB.

RGB is light, CMYK is ink. So there is a conversion and the colors are getting lost, and this gets complicated with color management settings.

File >> Doucment Color Mode >> CMYK

Adjust colors if needed, and send to print.

When printing on shirts (direct to garment), the print providers often ask for RGB.

First of all: talk to the printshop. Ask them why the result looks so different than the previous one.

I have, but they don't know either. I do know i made this in RGB and thier printers are CMYK. Would this make a difference and would there be a way to change it at all?

You could try if it makes a difference. There's nothing to lose. But maybe their equipment is not set up correctly? And what about the color management handling in both your workflows?
