Help with recovering deleted files

Sorry to hear that. Can you confirm if the files were saved as Cloud Documents or on your computer? If they were Cloud Documents, you might still be able to recover them from here: (https://adobe.ly/3ZAdbx1). If it's the latter, check the Trash/Recycle Bin. You can also use recovery software for Windows (https://adobe.ly/3Zz9h7A) or macOS (Third Party Website), but chances of a successful recovery are slim.

To avoid similar situations in the future, kindly save multiple copies of your active work or save them as Cloud Documents.
