Hiding tooltips on the bottom bar

Hi y'all

I may be stupid but I do not understand how to hide tooltips off the botom bar… Already did hiding TT with the settings but I cannot get rid of these nasty little texts anyhow

Solution  may be obvious but this is not an idiotproof UI…
