Hindi Displaying Wrong

I am having trouble with the word "shree - श्री "in illustrator. When I type this work in any program besides illustrator it displays the word correctly. As soon as I bring it into illustrator the word changes the characters within the word. I have attached screenshots of the word in two programs (Word and Illustrator) using the same font. Please help!

    Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd request checking the composer selected in the Paragraph panel. Make sure you are using South Asian composer. Find more information on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/arabic-hebrew.html#AdobeAsianComposers
