Your RICOH printer probably has color correction features in the printer driver. Turn them off. Please refer to the documentation.
In the Illustrator color settings, never use a monitor profile as your working RGB profile. Use either sRGB or something like Adobe RGB.
The color management policies for RGB need to be turned on. I would not convert them to the document profile, but just leave them.
Then also you would need to calibrate your system.
