How can I access the Transform Tool, which has disappeared

When I opened an Illustrator File, the tool panel no longer showed the Transform Tool. How can I get it back?

    Apparently there's a new "Puppet Warp Tool", which I hadn't seen before. The transform tool was cleverly placed behind it—maybe from the latest Illustrator update I downloaded. Annoying, but solved.

    SO it only happens with tht particular file?
