How can i change image color in illustrator 2023 ?

i want to change my image color in Illustrator 2023 i am new on illustrator so please guide me howa can i do this.

If it is a pixel image, use Photoshop.

If it is a vector image, select an object and use the color panel or swatches panel.

Or select all and use Edit > Edit colors > Recolor artwork.
