Can't you just select it with the Selection Tool and then hit Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V (or Cmd-C/Cmd-V on macOS)? I think that should work.

You talk about a "group layer" and a "cliped layer group".  This is confusing.  It's best to show rather than tell.

umm.. thanks for caring ab me but I forgave the copy&paste thing n just made the same layers lol..
