Are you trying to figure out how to draw the shape or how to get the pattern inside the shape? To me, it seems that the pink shape is the one with the zig zag effect and the blue shape with another effect or hand drawn rough edge, both sitting on top of the yellow shape, but it is hard to tell with the close up view.

If I understood you correctly.

For the red border in your image you can use the Zickzack effect from Menu --> Effect

see the blue border in my screenshot (German version)

The values may vary. They depend on the size of your shape.
