How can I draw concentric circles which has the center in bottom of the circle?

 Can anyone tell me how to make concentric circles which has the center in the bottom of the circle?

私が(誤)理解しているように、次のことができます。

 

1)変換パレットの下部中央の参照点を選択し、
2)最初の円を選択し、

 

次の各円について、コピーして前に置き、サイズを変更します。

 

3)円をコピーして前面に配置します(Ctrl / Cmd + C + F)、
4)変換パレットで、幅または高さのサイズを変更し、比率を維持するためにCtrl / Cmd + Enterを押します。

 

 

As I (mis)understand it, you can:

 

1) Choose the bottom centre Reference Point in the Transform palette,

2) Select the first circle,

 

For each following circle, copy and place in front, then change the size:

 

3) Copy the circle and place in front (Ctrl/Cmd+C+F),

4) In the Transform palette, change the size Width or Height and press Ctrl/Cmd+Enter to keep proportions.
