how can I export AI to doc ?

For the full layout there is no direct way. You could try and open the embedded PDF in Acrobat and export doc from there. Might give you errors and issues and might not look as expepected and of course is not recommended to get you a proper Word file to work with.

If it's just a logo, Word supports several file formats and depending on your system and the Word version one or the other might be suitable.

if the Al file contains vector object, outlined text, graphic elements, YOU CAN NOT Export as it is to Microsoft word, But you can export it as a single file  JPG or PNG, and place it in word document,
