How can I get the exact positioning of a two sized printing?

I'm trying to get the same size for both artworks, in order to print a card, but I always fail to get them exactly: ¿how can I achieve it?

They seem to be pretty close, and you never see both sides together, but in any case you will have to expect a certain inaccuracy when printing, no less when printing on both sides.

How about a bleed to cut off, thereby ensuring that the ink will reach the edge all the way round on both sides?
