How can I make my pdf floor plans into vectors to be able to edit them?

I have a pdf of a floor plan I made in a program called layout. How can I turn the pdf line work into vectors to be able to edit?

Is that a vector based PDF?

 

If not, you will need to manually draw the lines, because the autotraced result will not be precise.

    So layout lets me export it as a dwg. file and also pdf. If I were to use the dwg file it lets me import it to illustrator and it turns it into vectors but idk how to retain the original scale of my drawing. Because when I open the dwg file in illustrator its a huge file
