How can i rotate many objects around thier own local coordinate system?

About whole selection rotation and individual one

When i select 3 objects and begin to rotate tham then theyare rotaded as a whole but if i need to rotate tham individually around their own center point that is mean that i rotate all three onbjects but not as a whole

How can i rotate many objects around thier own local coordinate system?
