How can we add a new root menu in adobe illustrator menu?

Hi all,

     The adobe illustrator CS3 having following root menus File,Edit,Object, Type, Select, Filter, Effect, View, Window, help. I want to add a new root menu right after the help. Is it possible by the SDK?

Nope. I mean, you might be able to hack it in using the Windows or Mac SDK, but it'd be pretty dicey. I wouldn't reccommend it.
