how come my outlines disappear when i try to fill my artwork with the live paint tool i cant seem to get it to work im also haveing truble with the live paint tool its not filling the ares i need it to

You could check out the Gap options in Object > Live Paint > Gap options. Turn them on and adjust them to your needs and see if it improves.
